Rachel can promote anything. Her clients range from chefs to rock bands, from high-end fashion boutiques to men’s grooming salons. However, her passion really lies with food and restaurants. After cutting her PR teeth at London’s (pre-internet) premier dining recommenders – Restaurant Services, Rachel spent 8-years working for American Express (UK) in London as Senior Client Manager of Restaurants & Hotels (Europe). Her role saw her manage an impressive portfolio of clients which included Michel Roux, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Jamie Oliver and Relais & Chateaux, to name but a few.”

Rachel is also the founder /owner of acclaimed breakfast delivery service Bonjour Breakfast.

USA - A Brit Abroad

In 2013, Rachel moved to the USA and is currently based in New Canaan, CT - where she took on the role of Editor New Canaan Hamlet Hub.

2014 saw Rachel organize the New Canaan Food Revolution - promoting Jamie Oliver's healthy eating festival. She also launched the hugely successful CT Taste Tours - a gastronomic evening sampling a separate course in some of the town's finest restaurants.

In 2015 she joined the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
