About Rachel Lampen
My entrepreneurial spirit is matched only by my energy and creativity. After cutting my PR teeth in London, UK at Restaurant Services, I then spent 8-years working at American Express as a Senior Client manager of Restaurant & Hotels. My clients included: Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Relais & Chateaux and Soho House – to name but a few.
I am the the founder of acclaimed breakfast delivery service Bonjour Breakfast and created CT Taste Tours. I volunteer to be the New Canaan Food Ambassador for the Jamie Oliver Food Revolution and sit on the Board of Directors for the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce.

USA - A Brit Abroad
In 2013, Rachel moved to the USA and is currently based in New Canaan, CT - where she took on the role of Editor New Canaan Hamlet Hub.
2014 saw Rachel organize the New Canaan Food Revolution - promoting Jamie Oliver's healthy eating festival. She also launched the hugely successful CT Taste Tours - a gastronomic evening sampling a separate course in some of the town's finest restaurants.
In 2015 she joined the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
